Primary Master Artist on staff in charge of creative direction and high-end fund raising through my, Art Prive’ Charity events to effectively assist inner city, disadvantaged, at risk youth programs at non-for-profit, Art Studio World. Collaborated with online, charity fund raising companies to campaign for funds. Worked with Harvard educated writer to develop and illustrate educational books. Collaborated with youth to paint and sell original artwork. Worked with grant writers, holistic healers, out-of-the-box approaches to generate awareness and programs that assist inner city youth to gain access to the fine art community.

Sanibel Island, Florida – 2011-Present

Collaborative partnership with George and Wendy’s Sanibel Seafood Grille restaurant that developed a high end, productive, self-contained, fine art presence inside of approx. 7000 square foot new restaurant space in prestigious Sanibel Island / Captiva community. implemented positive, “win-win” business model that allows multiple artist to professionally showcase their art and sell to art collectors and restaurant patrons at little to no cost to artist and restaurant owners. Business model also encourages and allows employees of restaurant to also generate extra income through artwork in gallery in a very simple manner. Enthusiasm for the gallery inside of the restaurant is encouraged and awarded. Scheduling and creating unique fine art events twice a year that generate local awareness of fine art at Sanibel Seafood Grille Restaurant’s, “Stacie Krupa Grille Gallery” and allows artist at gallery to generate additional sales and meet potential collectors. All events at gallery also give a portion of sales to local sanctuary charity. Handling of all records, gallery labels, promotional materials, chamber membership, events and delivery and shipping of sold art.

Led a team of behavior technicians in an administrative position to develop and implement behavior modification techniques to Autistic adults in a group home environment.
